Códigos de erro
O serviço de reconhecimento facial da TechTrue® utiliza os seguintes códigos de erro:

|---|---|
| 400 | Bad Request — Sua requisição é inválida. |
| 401 | Unauthorized — Seu token é inválido. |
| 403 | Forbidden — Não foi possível processar sua requisição. |
| 404 | Not Found — Não foi possível encontrar o recurso da sua requisição. |
| 405 | Method Not Allowed — Método não permitido para esta requisição. |
| 406 | Not Acceptable — O formato da requisição não é aceito. |
| 429 | Too Many Requests — Muitas requisições realizadas! |
| 500 | Internal Server Error — Tivemos um problema no nosso serviço. Tente novamente mais tarde. |
| 503 | Service Unavailable — Serviço temporariamente suspenso. Tente novamente mais tarde. |
Além do código de retorno no contexto do HTTP, o conteúdo da resposta contém um código de retorno no contexto da aplicação. A tabela abaixo exemplifica esses códigos:

| 1000 | ENROLLED_SUCCESSFULLY | The submitted biometric data has been registered. |
| 1001 | ENROLL_FAILED | The submitted biometric failed to be registered. |
| 1002 | VERIFIED_SUCCESSFULLY | The submitted biometric data matched the specified External ID. |
| 1003 | VERIFY_FAILED | The submitted biometric data did not match the specified External ID. |
| 1004 | DELETED_SUCCESSFULLY | Deletion successful. (The External ID and associated biometric data removed from system.) |
| 1005 | DELETE_FAILED | Deletion failed. |
| 1006 | UPDATED_SUCCESSFULLY | Update successful. (The biometric data associated with requested External ID was updated in system.) |
| 1007 | UPDATE_FAILED | Update Failed. |
| 1008 | IDENTIFIED_SUCCESSFULL | The submitted biometric data matched that of an enrolled External ID. |
| 1009 | IDENTIFY_FAILED | No External ID matched against the submitted biometric data. |
| 1010 | BAD_PARAMETER | Invalid parameter |
| 1011 | INVALID_IMAGE | The submited biometric is invalid. |
| 1012 | POOR_IMAGE_QUALITY | The submitted face image(s) were not good enough quality to fulfill the request. |
| 1013 | LIVENESS_CHECK_FAILED | Liveness check didn’t pass the expected threshold |
